• Integration of ERM and ORSA principles into Board planning and oversight
• Provide opinions on governance issues as they arise, such as:
• How to approach Members' Motions or questions on controversial issues at AGMs
• Conduct of contested Director elections
• Prospective Director access to Members' Lists or other sensitive information in advance of elections
• Compliance with the Corporations Act, Insurance Act and other legislation as it applies to Governance practices
